Julia van den Bosch

Julia van den Bosch was raised in the celtic traditional of art, storytelling and poetry. Julia has found her own way to express her personal vision, drawing particularly on the figure as a source of inspiration and using the poetic relationship between figure and costume as a form of narrative and guide.

She presently used embroidery and found objects with her painting and photography, to make the work three dimensional and the reality stronger in its richness and detail. She believes in the celebration of imagination in both light and darkness.

She has exhibited at the Mall Galleries in London, the Modern British Art fair and now exclusively with the Henry Boxer Gallery
