Mehrdad Rashidi a finalist for Prestigious Award

Mehrdad Rashidi has been nominated as one of three finalists for the 2023 Daniel and Florence Guerlain Contemporary Art Foundation award. Result to be announced on 23rd March 2023.

And, in conjunction, his drawings will be on view at The Salon Du Dessin, Palais Brongniart, Paris.

 

Margot at the Outsider Art Fair

Margot wins the 2022 Grand Prix Award for Marginal Art

The Museum of Naive and Marginal Art in Jagodina Serbia has selected Margot for the 2022 Grand Prix Award. She will have a one-woman show at the Museum in 2023.

Margot's work is the centerpiece of the Triennial MNMU RAW INTUITIVE exhibition which opened on September 30, 2022..

Andrew Edlin Gallery is pleased to present the first New York exhibition of works by the French self-taught artist Margot (b. 1982). The show features recent large-scale mixed media works on paper, a series of drawings rendered on old photographs, and a traveling notebook filled with studies of organic floral-like shapes. The exhibition space has been configured to evoke Margot’s own studio, an inner and outer sanctuary that immerses the viewer in the artist’s highly idiosyncratic vision of the world.
